Pre-Orders

Pre-order items require 2–6 weeks for processing and shipping.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available.
Missed Deliveries

Missed delivery notifications will include rescheduling instructions from the carrier.

Unclaimed packages are returned to Sultive after a holding period.

Reshipping requires repayment of the original shipping cost.
