Shipping & Care

  • Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of placement (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).

  • U.S. Delivery: 5–10 business days

  • Canada / Europe / International: 2–4 business days

  • Orders placed after 3:30 PM (Friday–Sunday) are processed on the following Monday.

  • U.S.

    • Standard Shipping (via UPS/USPS): $7.60

    • Saturday Delivery: $12.75

  • International

    • DHL Express: $25.00 (available in select countries — contact us for availability)

Note: Customs duties or taxes may apply to international orders outside the U.S. Please consult your local customs office for details.


Black Friday Orders

  • Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery during the Black Friday period due to high order volume.

  • All Black Friday sales are final — no refunds or exchanges.

  • A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order is shipped.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items require 2–6 weeks for processing and shipping.

  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available.


Missed Deliveries

  • Missed delivery notifications will include rescheduling instructions from the carrier.

  • Unclaimed packages are returned to Sultive after a holding period.

  • Reshipping requires repayment of the original shipping cost.


Care Instructions

To maintain the quality and longevity of your Sultive garments:

  • Hand wash in lukewarm, soapy water

  • Soak for up to 30 minutes

  • Do not machine wash — it may cause color fading or fabric damage

  • Do not tumble dry — air dry flat to preserve shape and elasticity
