Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

  • Unused, unworn, and returned in original condition

  • Tags and original packaging must be intact

  • No signs of wear, including makeup, hair, scents, residue, or damage (even from try-ons or alterations)

  • Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds or exchanges


Return Process

  • Initiate a return within 14 days of your order being shipped

  • Use our returns portal via the QR code in your package or the link provided

  • Enter your order number (with a "#") and the email used to place the order

  • Include the original invoice and completed return/exchange form in your return package

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items reach us. Courier-related issues must be resolved with the courier directly

  • Refunds or store credit will be processed within 14 business days (may take longer during peak periods)

  • UK: £6.00

  • Europe: £25.00

  • USA/Canada: £35.00

  • UAE: £42.00

  • Rest of World: £52.00


Cancellations & Order Adjustments
To request a cancellation or order change:

  • Email sultive0@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order

  • Include your full name and order number

  • Requests may not be honored if the order has already been processed for shipment

  • We do not accept cancellation requests via social media


Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size (subject to availability)

  • Email sultive0@gmail.com to initiate

  • Additional shipping fees apply

  • Only one exchange per order is permitted


Special Policies

  • Pre-Order / Made-to-Order Items: Please allow 3–6 weeks for production. These are non-refundable and eligible only for store credit

  • Faulty Items: Must be returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Please contact us immediately upon receipt

  • Sale Items: All sales are final — no refunds or exchanges (includes pop-ups, sample sales, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday)


Rejected Deliveries
Refused or unclaimed packages (e.g., due to unpaid customs or missed deliveries) will incur a return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.


Return Refusals & Deductions

  • Returns that do not meet policy conditions will be rejected and sent back

  • Cleaning, repair, or restocking fees may apply if items are returned in poor condition

  • Excessive or suspicious return activity may result in future returns being refused

  • Evidence of wardrobing (wearing & returning) may result in a ban or legal action
