1. Lost or Stolen Packages
Sultive is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages. For assistance, please contact DPD or DHL directly using your tracking number.
2. Sizing Guidance
Please refer to the product description and sizing chart for measurements and model references. If you're unsure about sizing, contact us at sultive0@gmail.com for support.
3. International Shipping
Yes, we ship worldwide! For details on delivery times and costs, please see our Shipping & Care section.
4. Items That Don’t Fit
We encourage you to check our sizing guide before purchasing. While we do not offer refunds, we do provide size exchanges (subject to availability). See our Exchange Policy for more info.
5. Personal Information Usage
Sultive collects and uses your personal information securely. We will never share or sell your data without your explicit consent.
6. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. Use the link provided to track your shipment in real time.
7. Delayed Orders
If your order is delayed:

8. Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is missed, your package will be held at your local depot for a limited time. Unclaimed parcels are returned to Sultive, and reshipping fees will apply.
9. Pre-Order Items
Orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. This may take up to 6 weeks.
10. Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, email sultive0@gmail.com within 1 hour of placing your order. Include your full name and order number. Please note, cancellation requests via social media will not be accepted.
